Ingredients:
1 store-bought or baked Angel Food Cake
1 large package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large container Cool Whip
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation:
Slice the angel food cake and put it into the bottom of a 13"x9"x2" cake pan. In the meantime, make the pudding according to package directions. Let it sit just a minute or two until it starts thickening up a little bit. Top the cake slices with half of the pudding.
Combine Cool Whip and pineapple and put half of it on top of the pudding. Repeat with second layer. Chill.
Heavenly Angel Food Dessert #2
Same ingredients as the first dessert, but substitute a can of blueberry pie filling for the pineapple. Break the angel food cake into bite-sized pieces and place in the bottom of pan. Top with mixed vanilla pudding. Third layer is the Cool Whip, and last layer is the blueberry pie filling. Chill and enjoy.
